On the physical and physiological level, Tamara works intuitively on the body to correct, rehabilitate injury, and keep strength and suppleness in the body as well as healing psychologically for human and animal.

Being a fully trained Human & Equine Sports Massage & Holistic Practitioner through ITEC and the late highly respected Physiotherapist & Sports Therapist, Mary Bromiley M.B.E – F.C.S.P., S.R.P., R.P.T., a Reiki healer, Energy healer through The Healing Animals Organisation and Petula Stowell of The Corinthians Church and Healing Association she is also an advanced student at The College of Psychic Studies under Gerrie March in South Kensington, London, and holds courses in Psychic Intuition & Mediumship Development Classes which are endorsed by Gerrie March, working in Practice with all the above since 2005.

The self benefits from massage and healing on many levels. It can aid in rehabilitation from injury, but also if used on an ongoing basis may prevent injury by keeping the muscles supple, with another added advantage of wellbeing on many levels.
